Nonna & Poppa's - A Good Place to Be!

We traveled to Nonna & Poppa's house last Friday to make a delivery.  Well, to make two deliveries - one short term, and one long term. 

Liesl is now a permanent resident at Nonna & Poppa's, with 5+ acres to run, play, and enjoy life!  She is already Poppa's constant companion, learning and adjusting to life in the country.

The boys spent the weekend with Nonna & Poppa and had a blast!  Harry and I feel so blessed to have my parents, and even though rare, it is so refreshing when the boys go stay with them for a couple of days.  I'm so thankful that my boys have wonderful grandparents who love them and spend quality time with them, and I'm just as thankful that Harry and I get some down time together to reconnect and recharge our batteries!

Liesl wasn't the only one excited about seeing Nonna & Poppa & land to roam - the boys were ecstatic!  They never have a problem with mommy and daddy leaving them with Nonna & Poppa.  (Thank goodness!)  They also get to spend some time with Geory (a/k/a "Buddy"), my nephew.  Life doesn't get much better than that!

  1. Oh girl, you ARE so lucky to have such wonderful parents who take the boys so you guys can have some alone time! (What's that like, by the way? ha!) It's such a blessing that your parents are close enough and that the boys have such a wonderful relationship with them. And it looks like Liesl got the sweet end of the deal with her new home, too! Great pictures!
