Timothy's making faces...and...Where the heck is Benjamin?

On the way home from school, Timothy was sitting in the back of the car making loud noises to get my attention!  Every time I would look back at him, he would make a different funny face!  One time, he would put his chin all the way to his chest and shoot his eyes straight up.  Another time, he would roll his eyes in the top of his head.  One time, he shot his eyes from side to side.  Next, he did the "Home Alone" look with his mouth wide open and big, wide eyes!  He was doing anything and everything to get a laugh out of me.  Of course, it was hilariously funny, and I was laughing.  Which, in turn, made him laugh hysterically.  He couldn't have been any cuter!  Timothy is our "Dennis the Menace"....with a personality as big as Texas!

On a completely different note......

When Harry went to get Benjamin out of bed this morning - NO BENJAMIN!  Where was he?  Where had he gone?  Harry went into the bathroom, and found Benjamin sleeping soundly on the bathroom floor in front of the toilet!  What we can gather is that Benjamin needed to go potty sometime in the middle of the night, and he went to the potty.  (We normally leave his bathroom door open so that he can easily get in/out if he needs to go in the night or early morning.)

Somehow, he locked himself in the bathroom and couldn't get out!  So...he played with some toys in the bathroom, making a train....and then he fell asleep on the floor - sans underwear and pajama bottoms!  When we asked him about him this morning, he grinned very sleepishly and said, "I was really scared!"

While we hate the thought of our sweet boy being stuck (and scared) in the bathroom for part of the night, we couldn't be more proud of what a big boy he is becoming!  We are so thankful that he got up to potty at all.  And...for those of you keeping track....we've rigged the bathroom door so that it can't be shut.  Hopefully, when Benjamin gets up to potty during the night, he will be able to find his way safely back to his bed again.
