YMCA Soccer - Benjamin's 1st Practice/Game

Last Saturday, before we headed out to the Houston Rodeo/Carnival, Benjamin had his very first soccer practice/game with the YMCA.  He tired out after the first half, but he actually played well...while he was playing.  I'm not so sure that Goalie will be his "thing"....he likes to run too much!  The other team scored while Benjamin was the Goalie.  :-( 

Benjamin's biggest concern when they first started playing was that he wanted the team to play with HIS ball.  I think he wanted more than one ball on the field at the time?  Not sure.  Nonetheless, the funniest part of the entire game was when another ball from the game on the field next to us came rolling over by our field.  Benjamin ran over to get the ball, but the other team members got there first.  Somehow, he forgot about his current team, and he followed the other players over to their field and started playing with them.

I was cracking up.  Harry had to go over to the other field and get Benjamin to come back to his field/team.  We took some shots below to capture the moment!
